After a few phone calls I repeatedly asked what side of the station that you were, no one could identify. As I had to go to The private Hospital it was important for my husband to walk there easily. No luck wrong side. Also I did ask if there was anywhere we could have breakfast net morning one gentleman pointed over the road as it was hidden we couldn't see it. For an Gold Accor member I didn't like being put in the Disabled room with no view. The Brazilian man was good he allowed to have the key early to leave our luggage befor I went to the hospital.

The website stated that the restaurant was 'currently closed' -- it is no longer operating would be more correct. They cite 'Covid changes'! The bathroom was unsafe. The handrail over the bath was positioned at the sloping end - perfect to create a fall if one uses the handrail to get in. The screen is too small to limit water splashing onto the floor during a shower. So anyone getting out steps onto a wet floor.
